Tunkuta is an end game grind zone. Tunkuta mobs are primarily grinded for three things money, Flame of Despair to make Fallen God armor and the costume piece.  The La Orzeca Outfit is a new outfit that can only be obtained by grinding and obtaining a lung. Once the lung has been gained you can turn it into an NPC in exchange for one of the costume pieces. Tunkuta drops the Right lung. If you cannot obtain a lung drop you can also get  red leaf's. Once 100 leaf's have been obtained you can use them on obtaining a costume piece as well. The Flame of Despair can be gotten as a drop to make the fallen god other wise you will need to get 100 embers from Tunkuta mobs and exchange them with an npc to make a Flame of Despair.
