Forest Ronaros is an intermediate grind-zone. Forest Ronaros mobs are primarily grinded for the infinite hp pot. The way the hp pot piece is obtained here is by looting dead mobs. The infinite pot allows you to infinitely replenish your hp without ever having to buy hp pots. The xp here is decent but not better than pollys. With that being said, this spot is decent but I reccommend grinding either Manshaums or Mirumock until you can grind either Aakman or Hystria. 

Forest Ronaros is located East of Grana; Grana is located South of Calpheon, the third major city in Black Desert.
